A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an efficient and discrete PA to support a high profile individual in mainly a private capacity, with some business PA support. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your experience/knowledge to add value to your boss. Plus you will have the opportunity to use your fluent or conversational Turkish.

The role is busy and diverse, supporting a demanding individual with her private and business affairs including organising a busy social life in the heart of London. This individual is fairly new to London so as well as organising her personal affairs, you will also arrange for this person to go to a variety of London's hottest restaurants, theatres and events. They are looking for someone who enjoys proactively working on their boss' behalf and ensuring her personal and business life runs seamlessly. In addition, she has a lot of communication with the Turkish office so you would need to be happy with translating a variety of emails and correspondence. There is also the opportunity to learn more about PR if this is of interest to you.

To be considered for this role you must have gained the above experience as a Private PA, but also happy to get involved in a small percentage on the business side too. You will be technically proficient, used to working with a variety of social media and conversant with a variety of apps. You will demonstrate a strong knowledge of the London social scene, you will have a calm, positive nature, you will be a good problem solver and able to juggle a number of priorities at once. You will also have fluency or understanding of the Turkish language.
