A leading global architects practice requires an experienced HR Administrator to join their small busy generalist HR team of 5.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the HR/payroll system - adding starters, changes in salary, grade, hours and processing leavers.
  • Onboarding new starters - sending offers of employment, chasing references, checking rights to work, arranging inductions, performing BPSS checks,
  • Writing tenancy and employment references
  • Monitoring sickness and holiday forms
  • Organising exit interviews
  • Processing season ticket loans
  • Acting as first point of contact for HR team
  • Pulling off reports for management using Excel
  • Various other HR administration duties as required

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience within an HR team within an office environment is essential
  • Flexible, can do attitude
  • Team player
  • Highly organised
  • Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail
  • High standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Sound practical knowledge of MS Office applications particularly Word and Excel.
