Events PA

We have a fantastic role with an Educational Charity/Community Centre based in the Heart of Central London. The Events PA role is based out of truly beautiful offices with an open and close-knit team.

The Centre works across 2 floors of a traditional London townhouse with the space being dynamic and flexible depending upon the events and requirements of the network. Whilst the Events PA role will see you focusing on supporting the MD of the organisation, you will have regular contact with the members of the community, keeping them up to date with the activities within the weekend school and generally acting as a point of contact for any queries. You will be scheduling appointments, managing invoices and tracking payments as maintaining all communications with involved parties. The Events PA role will see you working as part of an open, committed and close-knit team who all want to see the property used to its full potential. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all events.

Due to the local community interaction within this PA to Events PA role, exemplary customer service is required in all areas. The ideal candidate will be immaculately presented with a warm and engaging personality and a keenness to provide 5* service at all times. You will be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills with naturally strong written and oral communication skills and absolute attention to detail.
