Our client is looking for a highly efficient, organised and well-presented Receptionist to join them in their West End office. Working very closely with another colleague on reception, this is a very important role, ensuring clients and visitors have the best ‘first impression’. You will be setting up meeting rooms and video conferences, organising lunches etc. We need s someone who ideally comes from a smaller office where they are used to doing this all themselves. Ideally you will be used to video conference setup and overseeing the ordering of stock and supplies for kitchen etc. You will also be happy to assist the Admin team with general administrative duties. Due to the nature of this role our client is looking for a candidate that will take their role very seriously, ensuring only ever a professional image is given – on the phone and in person. The company are great to work for and so would be a great new role for the right person. You need to have good Microsoft Office knowledge, previous corporate reception experience and excellent customer service skills.
