Experienced EA for Leading Private Equity Fund

Our client is a leading global Private Equity Fund and they are seeking a proactive EA to support five  members of the private equity team from Partner to Associate.  This a fantastic opportunity for a bright, high energy EA to join a friendly dynamic team based in fantastic offices in the West End.

There is a high volume of scheduling in this role, often involving multiple attendees, including meetings, conference calls and VCCs so you will need to be highly organised and used to working across different time zones.  The team travel extensively so it’s essential that you are experienced in global business travel planning and relish working in a fast-paced environment, able to react at short notice to changing business needs.  Numeracy is also important as you will have responsibility for multi-currency expense reconciliation.

Excellent MS office skills, fast and accurate typing and a professional and discreet manner for screening and handling calls are also prerequisites.  Whilst previous experience of working in a fund isn’t necessary, some financial experience is preferred.
