My client is based in North London and are looking for an experienced PA to provide a confidential, efficient and smooth running support service to the Commercial Director of Conviviality Trading who oversees the brand agency business including on and off trade sales, sales support and customer marketing.

This role will be working part time - 22.5 hours per week and will include the following duties:

  • Manage the diary of the Commercial Director including prioritising, responding and actioning emails ensuring all correspondence is handled efficiently and effectively
  • Coordinate and organise both regular and ad-hoc meetings for the Director and other members of the senior leadership team as required
  • Coordinate sales team meetings, conferences and events
  • Accompany the Director at any relevant meetings and take actions and progress these as required
  • Collate and distribute agenda/minutes/relevant reports both pre/post meetings
  • Progress and chase any outstanding queries on a daily basis to enable effective preparation for any forthcoming meetings
  • Produce reports and presentations (including many documents on a confidential nature) using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Organise all necessary travel arrangements and complete all expenses on behalf of the Director
  • Support the successful implementation of Conviviality Trading projects
  • Maintain an accurate monthly filing system in conjunction with the Director's requirements
  • All other ad-hoc requests

You will need the follow qualities:

  • Previous PA / EA experience
  • Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint (minimum intermediate level)
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills to a wide range of key stakeholders
  • Interpersonal skills and confidence
  • Problem solving and initiative
  • Exceptional organisation and time management
  • Analytical skills
  • Flexibility and agility
  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Ability to work independently
