In-house Resourcing Coordinator

Our client a global consulting firm would like to recruitment an Interim Resourcing Coordinator for one of their graduate focused programs, solid organisational skills. Tasks will include:

• Project management of the annual Promotion process
• Oversight of the six-monthly Secondment process including allocation of secondment windows, reviewing business cases, shortlisting candidates and stakeholder management
• Supporting the on-boarding process by managing the allocation of "buddies" from the business for all new joiners
• Driving the communication associated with the consultant programme performance management process
• Organising relevant training
• Delivery of parts of the induction process
