This highly regarded City based brokerage, with offices worldwide, is seeking a Personal Assistant to support their London based Directors, as well as acting as Office Manager.
Providing support to the Senior Management team - Chairman, CEO and CFO - the Personal Assistant will manage busy diaries, book domestic and international travel, as well as arranging and minuting meetings, and assisting ex-pat staff with both business and personal matters.
Other responsibilities of the PA including preparing monthly commission reports on Excel, processing team expenses, and creating a range of PowerPoint presentations, as well as organising events such as client dinners and drinks, and the annual Christmas party.
As Office Manager, you will also be responsible for liaising with building management and suppliers, managing the Office Administrator, and arranging for the ordering of business cards and promotional items.
To secure this rare opportunity, you will need to possess previous experience of PA support at Senior Management level within a global financial services environment, strong minute taking ability, and Advanced MS Office skills (in particular Excel).
You will need to possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, an ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced environment, and the proactive approach required to work autonomously when required.
