Reception Team Supervisor (9-12 month contract)

THE ROLE:
Working as a part of Reception Team, you will provide administrative and client facing support to fee earners and clients, working together to ensure the team provides a high-level of customer service across both legal and business services teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to experience a hands on reception shift supervisor role at a top international law firm.

The candidate will be required to work on a shift rota based on 35 hours per week: Monday to Friday between hours of 11.00am to 7.00pm and cover late shift’s holiday and sickness between 1.00pm and 9.00pm. Flexibility to cover any shifts and team absence when required.

DUTIES:
- Supervise and coordinate reception staff to ensure delivery of exceptional reception services.
- Providing support and assistance to Reception Manager.
- Assisting with implementation of processes and procedures.
- Ensuring that all areas of the shift are operational and run smoothly.
- Assisting Manager in coaching, mentoring, having regular one to one meetings to provide support and appropriate feedback on team member’s performance and keeping the team driven and motivated at all times.
- Managing rotas to ensure adequate cover at all times for the provision of a consistent excellent service.
- Facilitate coordination and communication between support functions and key departments: Catering, Facilities, Client Technology, Events, etc. to ensure smooth running of business.
- Deliver the professional greeting of clients and visitors to the highest standards
- Problem solving including managing conflict bookings and prioritising day to day team tasks.
THE PERSON:
- Presentable with a friendly personality and someone who is able to adapt to changes quickly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, proactive and someone who is able to take instructions well.
