PA/Team Assistant | Temp to Perm | £12.00 – £15.00 ph / £30,000 + benefits

Based in West London you will be working for a rapidly growing company who services the medical industry.  This company is looking for someone who will be happy with a temp to permanent opportunity. 

It is essential that you have gained previous experience of supporting a senior team/people, have advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with the ability to juggle priorities, take ownership of this role and develop relationships internally and externally.  

You will be supporting an incredibly busy senior team with:

- diary management, 
- arranging meetings
- booking international travel
- processing expenses 
- all of the administration required to support the senior team

You must be able to start ASAP and long term be looking for a permanent support role.
