They are looking for a fluent Spanish speaker who is bright, eager and “sales savvy” who can work out of their London office and assist in all areas of sales administration and customer care with a focus on working directly with their Spanish office. There will be no cold calling in this sales role, this is purely a role where you are able to hold a strong and professional conversation with potential clients with the aim to secure a sale at the end of it. This isn’t a target driven role, it is a Sales and Administration position where you would be assisting existing and new customers as well as managing all of your own administration to an extremely high degree using their inhouse CRM system.

They are looking for a self-starter who has a “what is this all about?” attitude and isn’t afraid to learn new things and put them into practice.

The successful candidate is required to provide effective sales coordination and business administration support with a view to assisting and liaising directly with their Spanish counterparts. Advanced skills in Excel and data administering is essential, with a high attention to detail. Confident and professional communication skills are required. Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English is essential

You will work alongside a small office team to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders and customer enquiries. You will work diligently with existing systems and be confident to initiate new process improvements to increase the overall efficiency of the office function.

Main duties and responsibilities will include;
  • Responding to customer enquiries, both on email and telephone
  • Data capturing, trend analysis and reporting
  • Liaising with internal departments for support and guidance
Occasional duties will also include
  • Provide computer systems support and note-taking during meetings
  • Event coordination; booking rooms, preparing training material, posting and receiving
  • Other coordination duties as may be required to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the office.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales administration and work well on own initiative.

The successful candidate will enjoy a dynamic team environment, meaningful work and the opportunity to honour individuality at all times while being supported to grow and learn.
