An established yet rapidly growing Facilities Management Company are looking for a Helpdesk Administrator who wants to grow their career with the company.

You will be a motivated, self starter who will have a pivotal role on the helpdesk working alongside the contracts manager.

Your job role will include:

  • Taking ownership of the daily administration
  • Taking ownership of the paperwork and processes a
  • Liaising with Engineer's and Sub Contactors
  • Supporting the contracts manager in additional duties
  • Working overtime when required
  • Other ad hoc tasks

As the Helpdesk Administrator your skills will include:

  • 2 years experience in the building services environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Adaptable
  • Logical, methodical and analytical
  • Able to prioritise workload and multi-task
  • Great communication
  • IT literate in Microsoft packages - including Word and Excel
  • Confidence
