Based in Camden

We are currently looking for a new member for our team to provide reception and administrative support. You will be working part time in our Camden office but will move to Euston as part of our office refurbishment.

The responsibilities for this role will be:

  • To provide administrative support to the Care and Support Department
  • To provide a front-desk service for the Randolph Street office on a Rota basis, greeting and managing visitors, and answering incoming phone calls
  • Provide financial admin support including oversight of invoices and payments due. Ensuring invoices are paid within required payment terms to protect Origin’s relationship with contractors and suppliers
  • Maintain management information systems and databases, and ensure all data is accurately recorded
  • To log all handyperson calls on a database for residents of Camden council
  • To provide a front-desk service for the Randolph Street office, greeting and managing visitors, and answering incoming phone calls
  • Provide financial admin support including oversight of invoices and payments due
  • Provide PA duties to the management team and AD as directed
  • To provide reception cover at Eversholt Street as required and admin support across the business as needed
  • To monitor the Care & Support department section of the website and intranet to ensure that the information is accurate, up to date and to make amendments as necessary
  • To maintain records, including correspondence logs, customer satisfaction results and H&S assessments
  • Ordering stock and repair and refurbishment materials for the properties and managing the budget accordingly
