Client Service Delivery Manager
This is an exciting opportunity for high achieving graduate to join a global company based in Oxford.
Our Oxford based client provides training and educational seminars to schools and colleges around the world.
The Client Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for answering all in-bound customer enquiries, contacting every client after a seminar has occurred to check that they are happy with the service, ensuring that confirmation of seminar booking has been correctly completed by the client to avoid errors at seminars, stock take and orders of manuals, reconciling incoming invoices, debt collection and working out presenter satisfaction rates from feedback forms filled out by students.
The Client Service Delivery Manager will have:
- A first class degree

- The ability to work systematically through tasks

- Good IT skills - proficient in word and outlook
- Excellent communication skills
