Our client is a commercial law firm based in the heart of London. They are looking for a bright and resilient individual to join their Mortgage team. The company is well established with an excellent reputation in their specialist field. They have an excellent company culture and focus on staff retension and progression. In addition they offer extensive training.

  • Manage individual caseload of customer cases through to completion
  • Work with customers to agree a suitable outcome to mortgage repayment issues
  • Analysing customers incoming and outgoing finances to identify resolutions
  • Answer a range of incoming customer queries
  • Act with diplomacy and act whilst ensuring suitable outcomes are reached
  • Negotiate with customers via telephone
  • Process all relevant admin tasks surrounding customer cases

  • Proven experience in a Customer Service environment
  • Experience resolving and negotiating difficult situations
  • Advanced command of the English Language and superior communicative skills
  • Great time management skills
  • Resilient attitude and resourcefulness to solve complex queries
  • Organised and methodical approach
