Client Liaison for a Luxury Brand

Our client is a very successful retail outlet company who needs someone to join their customer service team and provide excellent customer care.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering the brand message

• Dealing with all enquiries at the highest level

• Delivering excellent product knowledge

• Provide ad hoc admin support to the other departments when necessary

• Assisting with the distribution of brochures

The ideal candidate with have experience within a customer services / sales position. As you will be dealing with customers on a daily basis it is essential that you have excellent listening and communication skills. You must remain unflappable in difficult situations, and be able to think on your feet and problem solve.
