An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Operations individual to come on board and join a hugely interesting and highly dynamic Communications consultancy, as their Operations Manager on a part time basis, between 20-30 hours a week (across 4 days at least).
Based in the West End, this role will be hugely instrumental in supporting the growth of their London Head Office, managing and overseeing all operational aspects, from Finance, HR, Compliance and Office Management, working closely with the CEO and managing the administration function.
This is a hugely hands on role for an individual who thrives in a small company environment and is keen to be immensely involved in the growth of a very young business. The individual will have solid Operational experience, strong Microsoft skills, excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise with a high level of motivation and discretion.
A relevant degree of professional qualification would be highly advantageous but not essential, ideally in a smaller sized business with exposure to finance, HR, IT and compliance.
The role will be 20-30 hours per week, across 4-5 days. £65k maximum- pro rata.
