The role requires a candidate with a proactive and positive attitude, able to juggle multiple tasks, while remaining calm and cheerful. You must be a self starter and willing to muck in whenever asked; nothing can be too much trouble. As Executive Assistant to the charismatic and entrepreneurial CEO, the role entails extensive diary management, travel arrangement, correspondence and presentations, while also acting as the lynch pin between all company departments and ambassador for your boss. There is huge scope to get involved in additional projects duties such as Marketing, Sales and PR. The company has very high standards and a stand out reputation to uphold, which must be portrayed by the successful candidate, but also a fun and sociable atmosphere. I am looking for a proactive grafter with exceptional communication skills, who can use your own initiative, working autonomously and take responsibility for your duties.
