Our client is a leading Financal Services company specialising in advisory services.




To provide general administrative support to the office and ensure correct processing of invoices. To ensure the validation of invoices fall within the company Delegation of Authority policy.


To assist with Facilities duties when necessary and help maintain the professional appearance and upkeep of the office.


  • Receiving and processing incoming invoices (by post and email) and monitoring of accounts payable inbox.
  • Scanning invoices, obtaining approvals and emailing to Finance department.
  • Responding to supplier payment queries, sending remittance advice when necessary.
  • Team admin support for all office including photocopying, scanning, binding presentations.
  • Covering phones as required.
  • Franking outgoing post.
  • Maintaining stationary supplies and fridges are fully stocked etc.
  • Issuing building access badges, maintaining badging system database and liaising with building security to activate / deactivate passes.
  • Ad-hoc support to the Office Manager
  • Occasional holiday cover for Reception (assisting with booking meeting rooms, setting up / clearing meeting rooms, incoming and booking outgoing couriers)



  • Good communication skils
  • Experience with invoicing
  • Good working knowledge of excel
  • Previously worked withing a Financial Institution or Professional services
