My client is a very exciting design start-up company and they are looking for eager, hungry and driven individual to join as Customer Service Advisors.

Within an office of sixty people, and amongst the excitement of design, sits the team who look after all the queries from the customers.
They are looking to bring on several people to finish their customer services team.
To succeed with an application, you will have the following:
*Previous experience within customer services, taking inbound calls and responding via email.
*Have a calm and patient temperament which lends well to dealing with difficult customers
*Must have a view to work in customer services in the long term and to feel ready for the move that would establish your professional career
*Experience dealing with complicated systems
