Our client is a globally-renowned and highly successful Branding and Design Agency, who are now looking to take on a new addition to their HR team, specifically an In-House Recruiter to contribute to the team by providing a reliable, efficient and high-quality Recruitment service to source great talent for the business, from a number of sources.

With the majority of this role encompassing Recruitment and On-Boarding, you must be experienced and comfortable with all elements of the recruitment process, including:

  • Posting and editing job advertisements on various sites
  • Briefing and taking calls from Recruitment partners and managing cold calls
  • Processing potential direct applications and filtering/undertaking screening of candidates
  • Managing Recruitment records to track applicants and job progress
  • Contact and chase employee references - as well as filing and maintaining
  • Prepare contracts for new starters and ensure new start packs etc are set up!
  • Support HR Manager with temp/perm transfers to the Agency
  • Ad hoc support to HR Manager and Finance team when required

For this exciting role, you must have experience of working within Recruitment in a fast-paced and constantly-evolving workplace, ideally within the Media.  You must be confident using Recruitment software and associated websites, which will facilitate an easier process.  Knowledge of UK right-to-work requirements is absolutely essential, as well as a keen eye for detail and a hunger to get the best possible people on board for the Agency.
