This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious HR Advisor to work for this Global Events business  based in West London. You will be working for a slick and dynamic company with an appetite for fun! It’s a fantastic opportunity for an HR generalist looking to step up and have further responsibilities and progress.

Your responsibilities include liaising with managers to formulate job descriptions, writing job advertisments, managing relationships with relevant agencies, mentoring the HR Assistant, providing candidate care and performing monthly company inductions. You will also be involved in employee counselling, managing grievances and much more! This is a fast-paced, dynamic role in a fun, social office environment!

We are looking for a first class candidate with proven HR experience in end to end recruitment, payroll and providing HR advice to managers. It is also essential that you have detailed knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience of using and maintaining a computerised HR databases. You will be a natural relationship builder, juggling various commitments and providing a can-do and pro-active attitude at all times.  Your organisation skills will be second to none and due to the varied nature of this role, flexibility is vital. Working in this progressive and fast paced environment you should be cool, calm and collected with your feet firmly on the ground and a wicked sense of humour!
