Our client, a global alternative investment firm is looking for an EA to join their team on a temporary to permanent opportunity. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a dynamic and growing firm, providing administrative support as a part of the Business Development and Investor Relations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA to further develop their communication and organisational skills in a challenging and rewarding environment

Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries including meetings, conferences and video conferences
  • Coordinating internal and external client meetings
  • Assisting in the preparation of meetings with logistics, bookings and briefing materials
  • Managing international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation and transport
  • Managing preparations for all team-related events and international road shows
  • Setting up phone calls and group conference calls at short notice
  • Generating expense and claim form submissions
  • Assisting with administrative tasks including printing, filing and data entry
  • Update customer relationship management systems with new contact information
  • Tracking activity in customer relationship management systems and sales pipelines
  • Representing the team to existing and potential investors, assisting with investor group inquiries and requesting investor information
  • Maintaining and updating materials in support of business development activity
  • Supporting team members with ad-hoc tasks and projects during busy periods
  • Facilitating clear communication channels within the London team and globally
  • Working with the administration team on ad-hoc projects and the organisation of company events

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years' previous team PA/EA experience in financial services or corporate, Investor Relations experience advantageous
  • Experience supporting an international team and the ability to work across different time zones and with complex international travel schedules
  • Strong diary-management skills and the ability to cope with multiple changing schedules
  • Extremely well-organised and able to multi-task, juggle workloads and meet strict deadlines
  • Confident communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience with organising events and/or roadshows is advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Friendly and energetic personality who can perform under pressure and keep pace with a busy team
  • Great attention to detail
