Recruitment Consultant within PR & Communications

They are looking for Graduates/Trainees to join their growing team, learning from some of the most successful and entrepreneurial consultants in the industry!

What is Recruitment?

Recruitment is a dynamic business to business sales job, where people are your product. You will be expected to take a consultative approach from a strategic level where by the candidates you are placing, are having an influence on the performance of a business. Whilst later down the line you will need to be an expert in your market, starting out will be learning your market and the recruitment role and you will have training and support to aid this.

The Company:

The business has been established for over 10 years and has connections outside of the UK to continental Europe, the Middle East and North America, due to great performance and growth over the last couple of years especially; they are looking for their next generation of future leaders of the business as it continues to grow.

What's on offer?

Basic Salary: £20,000 - £22,000

Location: Central London

Commission (Uncapped on target earnings) 1st year: £35,000-£40,000 2nd year: £55,000 3rd year: £70,000+

Incentives: In addition to your commission, all expenses paid holidays across the globe, European summer trip and individual incentives!

Progression: Meritocratic (Based upon results not length of time in the role)

What do you need?

• A desire to win and be driven to earn yourself financial rewards.
• Applicants MUST have a 2:2 minimum from a reputable University.
• Any sales experience will definitely help the application.
• Applicants must have great communication skills and be confident in social situations.
