A Global FMCG Company is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join a team oriented and progressive team in Chiswick. As the Customer Service Coordinator you will be responsible for co-ordinating the order to delivery process, ensuring customers receive what they want, when and how they want it. You will be a key contact for customers, supply chain and account managers on issues related to products and deliveries.

As the Customer Service Coordinator within the Chiswick office you will undertake the following:

  • Order processing and managing customer deliveries
  • Delivering excellent customer service by ensuring high order accuracy and minimising failure
  • Providing accurate and timely communication as the main point of contact for any customer related issue or query
  • Ensuring customer data accuracy
  • Understanding weekly service failures and seeking to anticipate and prevent re-occurrence
  • Reporting and improving trade term compliance
  • Handling claims
  • Optimising processes by identifying opportunities to minimise costs and improve service


The ideal candidate for this position will be/have the following:

  • A background of 1 -2 years in a customer service/supply chain/order processing position
  • Excellent communication; both verbal and written
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a huge reliance on high level accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An order processing background, ideally within FMCG & Food
