Are you an experienced Executive assistant, who is looking to leverage yourself in your next role and career?

An opportunity has arisen to work for a fast growth organisation, where you will be working directly with a highly successful serial entrepreneur. This role is a ‘right hand’ support role to manage his business and personal affairs. The position can include flexibility of working both at the office but also at times when he is travelling, you can work remotely. If you like travelling, there will be the opportunity to travel also, so this would ideally suit someone who has an interest and ability to do so.

This is not a traditional 9-5 position, but a challenging and exciting role multi-tasking and being heavily involved in projects. You will be working with one of the best in his industry, so this is an opportunity to learn and grow as an individual as well as to work.

Your role will be integral and will allow your Executive to concentrate on what he does best. By allowing him to do this, he will ensure you are able to perform at your best.

Your key responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Be a fantastic gate keeper
  • Manage all communication channels
  • Build relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Represent Executive and act on this behalf
  • Manage busy diary
  • Co-ordinate travel
  • Organise conferences and meetings
  • Use initiative in managing correspondences
  • Help co-ordinate other employees
  • Design presentation 
  • Draft e-mails and letters
  • Be pro-active and try and think ahead

This role would suit an Executive assistant with a few years experience, who is flexible in their approach, who has the ability to be able to work remotely and also would love the opportunity to travel on occasion.
