Corporate Reception - Investment Management

£24,000 to £28,000
My client a leading international Investment Management firm is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their front of house team. This role will be a split between the ground floor reception and their executive floor reception so professionalism is a must. You must have previous reception experience within a corporate environment and be able to roll the red carpet out to all guests to the business. Customer service is key. Your duties will include:
- answering all incoming calls
- meeting and greeting all guests
- issuing visitor passes
- directing guests to the relevant floors
- announcing guests
- setting up meeting rooms
- diary management of meeting rooms
- ordering of refreshments, lunches etc
- meeting and greeting guests to executive floor
- showing guests through to meetings rooms
This role requires someone who can offer 5 star customer service, candidates from a concierge, or cabin crew background will be considered. This is a 18 month fixed term contract with the potential of going permanent. Personality fit and attitude is key - you must be enthusiastic, positive and upbeat, and want a career as a receptionist.
