A leading Financial Services company, based in the city are looking for a bright and meticulous PA to work collaboratively with two senior Division Heads. Providing accurate and efficient support, the successful candidate will need to have exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills. Managing extensive diary and travel, processing expense reports and being a first point of contact will be some of the key primary duties within this pivotal PA position.

A great degree of professionalism will be required for this role, as well as having a positive can-do attitude towards the volume and quality of your work. In return you will gain a great understanding of how the business works, whilst building strong relationships with additional senior partners and high profile clients. Your responsibilities may also stretch to supporting other members of the wider team on an ad hoc basis.
