A Leading bank in the City is looking for a German Speaking Team Assistant.

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant who enjoys large team support to join a leading organisation and work in a dynamic and fast paced environment. Must have professional services experience.

The role covers extensive travel co-ordination (global), roadshows, diaries, general admin. Plenty of opportunity to get more involved as the trust and knowledge grows.

Duties will include:

  • Support

  • with all day inbox and meeting management

  • Producing high level presentations

  • Travel itineraries, client entertainment

  • Collating information and formatting reports

  • Co-ordination of international road shows and events

  • Assist with marketing collateral and publications

  • Extensive client liaison and relationship building

  • Establishing priorities and gain an understanding of what stage projects are at, being informative to team members and the wider business

  • Expense management

  • Support to wider team with travel booking, meetings, expenses and ad-hoc projects

They require :

  • Superb technical skills including advanced powerpoint, excel and word

  • Experience of both PA and team support

  • Flexible approach and ability to multi-task

  • Professional services experience

  • Maturity and ability to liaise with clients is essential
