Temp EA or Temp-Perm EA

Temp PA/EA needed for to work for demanding MPs on an ONGOING basis. Will suit exceptional Executive Assistants looking for an EXCITING & FAST ENVIRONMENT

Want to work somewhere sociable, collaborative, genuine, and FAST? Brand new role working for an innovative company. STARTING ASAP you will support 2 Partners across multiple departments and act as type of ‘dynamic float PA’.  This role is TEMP ONGOING with potential for perm in early 2017. You will be working as part of a small EA / Executive Assistant / PA team and cover each other as necessary, reporting into an inspirational EA Team Leader.

• Managing 2-3 hectic diaries and complicated, ever-changing international travel itineraries across multiple time zones and at the last minute. 
• Heavy involvement with the team's client projects on a daily basis - you are an integral part of making sure these projects are delivered on time and you are expected to be one step ahead constantly – lots of liaison and relationship building so personable PAs are essential!
• Extensive, multiple inbox management and prioritisation
• Superb communicator and upward manager

Must be able to hit the ground running so we are looking for career PAs / EAs / Team Assistants who love their job and aren’t afraid to roll their sleeves up – such a lovely PA team here and you will be genuinely welcomed from day 1.

The pace here for the PAs is relentless and will involve juggling multiple balls all at once so a calm manner is vital! You should enjoy working as part of a collegiate PA / EA team and thrive under pressure and with multiple deadlines for the PAs. Very exciting, fast paced role.
