Our client, a small but high-end, international Property Developer, based in the Chelsea area, is looking for an Executive Assistant and Business Coordination Manager to the CEO. With previous relevant experience within the Real Estate industry at board level (this is essential) your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate operational matters between the CEO and key personnel such as preparing agendas for meetings, arranging video conferences and prepare minutes
  • Be the first point of contact for all queries and emails addressed to the CEO
  • Assist with local and international meetings independently (with assistance from the CEO) and ensure tasks are carried out by the relevant personnel
  • Liaison with Senior Management and Strategy Partners at a high level
  • Maintain the CEO's calendar for all local and international business appointments including booking travel
  • Run and maintain an active business and social network for the CEO
  • Some local and international business travel with the CEO will be required (potentially over some weekends)
  • Arrange dinner events for personal and business friends and strategic partners

You will be degree educated, have previous experience as an EA within a property development company and have a good knowledge of contacts within the industry. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be well spoken with high end social and business etiquette. You will be calm under pressure, self driven, able to work independently and you will also be able to make good judgements in the absence of the CEO.
