Graduate Receptionist, Mayfair £23/24k Ref 5033

A great opportunity for a Receptionist who is perhaps looking to take ownership of the role and provide a 1st class service. Working for a boutique finance compamy, the role is to provide FoH support taking full responsibility for setting up meeting rooms, organising refreshments, ensuring the FoH is neat and tidy, fresh flowers etc. arranging couriers, sorting post, meeting and greeting along with admin/support to the wider team as needed. The ideas candidate will have some reception experience but will see this as an opportunity to step up into the role and take responsibility for it.You will be articulate and understand the importance of first impressions count, an ambassador for the company, bright, smiley, flexible with a proactive and friendly personality.
