My client, a luxury travel events company is looking for an Office Assistant to join their West London office. You will ensure smooth day-to-day running of the London office and be working with creative like-minded people. The ideal candidate will be bright, articulate and have a fun personality. You must have a passion for both travel and events.

Key Office Assistant duties include meeting & greeting all visitors, ensuring the office is kept tidy, ordering stationary, processing expenses, photocopying, filing, answering the phones, liaising with suppliers, data entry and ordering office supplies. You will also be assisting the PA with any support duties such as booking travel arrangements and scheduling meetings. You must have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Package (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).

The ideal candidate will be confident, enthusiastic and have a great sense of humour. You must be hard working with great attention to detail. You must have an interest in travel/events and have a least 6 months office experience. This is an amazing opportunity to work for a leading company in their West London offices.
