An investment bank situated in the City requires a motivated and efficient administrator to provide support an office of 20. This is a temporary 2 month contract which may be extended for the right candidate!
General duties will include:
- word processing;
- audio and copy typing;
- letter writing;
- ordering stationary;
- liaising with suppliers and maintenance companies
- dealing with telephone and email enquiries;
- creating and maintaining filing systems;
- organising travel for staff
- preparing meeting rooms and ordering lunches/making tea and coffee
- Data entry
You will be proficient in software packages such as the full Microsoft Office suite, have great attention to detail and organisational skills.
