Company: Awesome opportunity for a super-star Personal/Team Assistant to provide co-support to three Partners of a global asset management firm with a strong reputation and a great working environment!
The Role:
* Act as Personal Assistant to 3 Partners with highly-complex and busy schedule
* Assist with heavy calendar management to coordinate a variety of complex executive meetings
* Screen incoming calls and direct them accurately and accordingly
* Draft financial, statistical, narrative, and/or other reports as requested
* Arrange, organize and implement conferences, events and meetings for the CEO; this includes arranging both business and personal travel
* Also serve as assistant to two Directors in the New York office (travel, expenses, ad hoc requests)
The Person
* University Degree
* A minimum of 3 years' administrative experience within professional services
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
* Proactive with a desire to make their mark and contribute to the smooth running of the office
* Must be available to start ASAP!
