Personal Assistant to Managing Director

PA to MD job, up to £39K, London City based


Your new company
A well recognised City based engineering company is looking for a proactive and experienced PA to join their ever growing business. They are at the forefront of their industry and game, continually going from strength to strength, branching into new national and international locations and markets.

Your new role
You will be providing 1:1 senior support to the Managing Director of the business and assist on an ad hoc basis to other senior and board members when necessary. You will be fully competent in PA/ EA work and will also have the opportunity to be involved with project work, in time becoming a supportive decision maker and 'right hand man' to the MD. You will

What you'll need to succeed
You will have supported MD level previously or be highly confident that you are able to step up to the a higher position and challenge. You will be well presented, articulate, able to manage ever changing deadlines and priorities, be client facing, be professional and enthusiastic, and also be able to represent the MD and the business at all times. Knowledge of Abode or InDesign is desirable.
