Recruitment Consultant

We have an amazing opportunity to join a leading and world renowned Recruitment Agency based in Central London.

If you consider yourself a people person, enjoy a varied work day and work well in a target driven environment you posses 3 of the main qualities we are looking for.

Starting on our operations team, you will learn about the business and make relationships with consultants across the business, including liaising with consultants in any of our 9 other worldwide office. This training is invaluable and after 3-6 months you will be perfectly placed to join the team/division that suits your work style best.

From here you will benefit from our weekly training sessions, will be able to self promote according to our transparent promotion structure, and can start earning commission from your first day as a consultant.

As with any sales type job targets are very much part of the role, however with seminars, events and master classes to offer cold calls are not that cold!
