EA to CEO, Investment House - Mayfair

A leading boutique investment management specialist is looking for a polished EA to support their CEO. This company has adopted a progressive and personal style, which is reflected in their client liaison as well as in their internal functions. You will be based at the Head Office in superb offices in the heart of Mayfair; a truly rewarding and people focused environment – a role like this comes up rarely.

EA Duties:

 You will be providing a highly professional, polished and confidential support service to the CEO of a high profile and very well regarded investment specialist.
• You will be responsible for ensuring his office runs smoothly and he is able to get on with his day with the minimum of fuss and interruption.
• You will have direct correspondence with high profile clients and internal stakeholders and will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations at all times.
• Providing comprehensive and efficient secretarial support at the highest level – an exquisite grasp of English with an appreciation for perfect business etiquette. Your spelling and grammar will be second to none.
• You will prepare Board reports and will have responsibility for gathering information in a timely manner in order to create these to deadline and without error. An excellent eye for detail in terms of formatting, financials and layout.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for a highly accomplished business secretary or EA. You will have experience supporting at Board level. This role would suit either a graduate with a passion for the corporate sector looking to develop skills in a fast paced business environment, or an excellent administrator with solid experience from a professional services firm with a business admin or secretarial qualification. Audio typing experience would be beneficial with a minimum typing speed of 60wpm along with outstanding knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. An extremely high standard of accuracy and attention to detail will be required – good spelling, grammar and grasp of business English. Most importantly we are looking for a calm and measured individual who will be easy going – this is not an ivory tower Assistant role, but an approachable and down to earth support professional
