Reception Manager £40,000, London Central. • 25 days holiday • 20% in pension • Private Medical • Gym membership • Employed directly with Employer. My very reputable global financial company is seeking a Reception manager from either a corporate or hotel background. In this role you will be leading the reception team in providing an exception five star service to the internal team and external client visitors. You will be reporting into The Facilities Management team and work with them to improve the service level within their reception and events team. In addition to providing the exceptional welcome they have 25 meeting rooms plus a further 60 internal rooms. The meeting room booking system used is Condeco, experience working with this system would be preferred. They have an onsite hospitality team who will deliver teas, coffees and working lunches and if they have a private dining lunch they have a private chef that they bring in. There is also a large auditorium which has a capacity of 80 maximum. The reception team take care of the meeting room booking management which is predominantly pre-booked by staff. Large meetings are typically the responsibility of the manager. The team size is around 6 in total to include reception and hospitality. With 3 receptionists. This is a five star corporate environment, the culture is friendly and they are looking for a strong leader with a friendly engaging personality. They need someone to add some sparkle to the reception; they are looking for someone with lots of ideas for continual improvement and upskilling of the team. In addition the exceptional coordination of the events is also very important. Ideally you will be a strong engaging leader; they will want someone who has exceptional:- • Leadership skills • Appraisal, Performance management and People development skills. • Previous experience in implemented process and procedures • Change management – how would you effectively manage change with the team • Calm yet engaging personality • Presentation • Team player • Ability to forge relationships with key stakeholders
