Well-established boutique Investment firm, with beautiful offices in the heart of the West End is looking to hire an experienced professional PA/Office Manager to start November 2016 until February 2018, covering a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

Supporting a busy Partner and team, this hybrid role requires the ability to juggle several balls, ensuring smooth running of office, providing office and some facilities assistance, PA support and overseeing/coaching the Receptionist – truly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Diary management
  • Setting up meetings & conference calls
  • Overseas travel arrangements
  • Processing expenses & invoices
  • In-box management, gatekeeping
  • Office Management – liaising with vendors, suppliers, IT support, Building Management
  • Overseeing Receptionist
  • Frequent liaison with other global offices
  • Meeting & greeting, frequently liaising with clients & investors
  • Ad hoc Projects

Requirements include:

  • Experience ideally gained within Financial Services or Professional Services sector
  • Highly organised with excellent prioritisation skills
  • Well-presented and spoken
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think on your feet
  • Proactive and enthusiastic

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • 9am – 6pm hours
