PA, Private Equity (Investor Relations)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, proactive and confident PA with excellent communication skills to support a small client-facing team in a leading city investment firm.  This is a busy and fast paced role, with loads of involvement, that requires lots of initiative and the ability to build strong working relationships within a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Gate keeping, screening phone calls and emails and responding,  or redirecting as appropriate
• Extensive diary management, setting up client and internal meetings, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients
• Complex travel arrangements including transport, accommodation, currency, itineraries and visas when required
• Working closely with managers to help with the coordination of roadshows and events
• Attending international event with IR and Events teams, as required
• Producing and editing PowerPoint presentations
• Preparing correspondence
• Communicating with and supporting other members of the PA team.

Requirements

• Previous solid experience working as a PA/EA within Investment/Financial Services sector as a preference
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Previous CRM or database maintenance experience advantageous
• Flexible and adaptable working attitude
• Ability to manage and prioritise a heavy work load
• Developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to liaise, develop and maintain relationships with key external clients
• Proactive working ethic and ability to find solutions when necessary
• Keen team player who works well in a collaborative environment
