We are looking for a super organised and forward thinking administrator to help out the Project Management team at this leading global investment bank, Canary Wharf. Excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to work closely on key important and engaging projects. The scale and complexity is unprecedented and requires excellent communication and coordination skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage a heavy and varied workload.

Responsibilities

  • Setup and administer team meetings and events, room bookings and any required AV equipment
  • Managing and processing invoice payments
  • Tracking and monitoring team holidays, annual and sickness leave
  • Collating, typing and formatting ad hoc presentations and reports
  • Track and complete staff IT requests and reports
  • Liaise with IT team to ensure all staff members IT and AV requests are met
  • Build and develop relationships with the project teams
  • Develop relationships with customers and stakeholders as appropriate
  • Ensure operational risk assessment is reassessed frequently
  • Secretarial support for team members on an agreed basis
  • Any other ad hoc requirements

Requirements

  • Proficient using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise at all levels
  • Developed communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently
  • Flexible and adaptable working approach
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail ensuring accuracy of data and interpretation
  • Knowledge of Sharepoint, Lotus Notes and Clarity is preferred but not essential
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a varied and heavy workload
