A great opportunity supporting a small, but very busy, team at this very successful City finance house. You will need to be super organised, a great communicator and able to calmly work in a high pressure environment.


  • Complex diary management including booking and managing all internal and external meetings and managing the teams designated inbox
  • General office administration including printing, filing,  photocopying and binding documents and presentations
  • Reception phone cover when required
  • Arranging all travel details including accommodation, transport and itineraries
  • Ensuring all expenses are processed promptly and the relevant clients are charged
  • Developing relationships with key clients and their PAs
  • Ensure full awareness of all client issues, current deals and timings
  • Point of contact for all general issues and questions relating to day to day processes of the department
  • Managing all internal communications including meeting minutes, details of completed deals and ensuring manager is updated with any staffing matters
  • Arrange marketing events for corporate clients


  • Previous office administration experience working in a fast-paced and high pressure working environment
  • Developed Microsoft Office skills
  • Understanding of Banking and Financial Services
  • Collaborative team player
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a heavy workload with excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable working attitude, ability to adapt to a range of tasks
  • Proactive with plenty of initiative and confidence
