PA to Board Level- 5 Month Contract- SPORT

A global media company with an outstanding reputation in the sport industry is looking for a PA at Board Level to join them for a 5 month contract in South West London! This is a leading company for annual sports events, entertainment and media, therefore the PA must have a passion for sport and marketing! The ideal applicant will be a refined PA with the natural skills to provide full secretarial support in a 1:1 role who can build relationships, offer insight and share enthusiasm for the industry. This is a 5 month contract.

Key duties are:

*Diary management
*Travel arrangements locally and internationally
*Prepare meeting rooms and documents for meetings
*Answer calls and screen calls
*Act as gatekeeper
*Meet and greet visitors of all levels of seniority
*Deal with post exchange
*Ad hoc administrative tasks
