My client a leading Luxury retailer are keen to recruit Mandarin speaking Customer Service Hosts who have a positive attitude and are keen to create a first class customer experience.
The ideal candidates will:-
- Have Luxury retail Customer Service experience in the UK
- Be fluent in English
- Enjoy challenges and work under pressure-have experience in the UK, preferably in luxury retail
- Be a quick learner and a positive thinker
- Be self-motivated, pro-active, and target driven
- Be a good team player and follow all the mandatory duties that is required from each consultant
- Appreciate quality of services
- Be a compassionate communicator to customers and able to retain good relationship with them
- Be well groomed and work tidily
You must be willing to work on weekends and shifts up to 10pm.
