Someone in the office is going on maternity leave and they need you immediately to support them in the examinations department! Working with on of the Royal Colleges in London, this is a chance to get involved in upcoming events and functions and be part of a supportive and sociable team who prides themselves on excellence and an untarnished reputation.
Who will you be working for?
Based in Central London, you will be working with one of the most respected and recognised Royal Colleges in London. The company is steeped in history with its beginnings dating back to the 17th Century. Their modern office overlooks a stunning square set back from the busy main street, where you will find most office workers enjoying their lunch hour on the grass. What the role consists of
Overall responsibility for all tasks, systems and procedures relating to all examination cycles including line management of administrators, operational coordination of the entire process, future planning, financial liaison and management reporting.
What they are looking for
Experience of coordinating a cyclical process on an ongoing basis with evidence of implementing change and line management and development of staff. An understanding of educational institutions, ideally in the medical field would be beneficial, but not essential. You should also have sound MS Office ability and excellent interpersonal skills.
