A Leading Education provider is looking for a Programme Manager to manage the day-to-day delivery of London-based degree components for all students. In addition to acting as a key student relationship manager in London for students from other countries. The Degree Programmes Office is responsible for designing, promoting, recruiting for and delivering the school’s portfolio of degree programmes. Will also to be responsible for delivery of specific aspects of operations for the whole of the degree Programme. Key responsibilities: • Day-to-day running of the programme, organising regular class weekends and all London based modules, including shared orientation. • Support delivery of leadership coaching, communications with Lead Coach regarding operational and logistical arrangements. • Support delivery of business skills sessions through management of student communications, sign-up and collation of student feedback. • Core course & assessment administration • Managing the grading process for Management Reports ensuring grades are received in time for exam board. • Maintain accurate student records, monitor student performance on a termly basis, contributing to Exam Board preparation. • Support implementation of Programme Regulations. • Key student relationship manager in London and also for the foreign students • Serve as a point of contact for London students for questions and queries on all aspects of the programme. • Student support / welfare / pastoral care / academic counselling; escalated student behaviour issues, misconduct, extenuating circumstances, etc. where required. • Ensure all activities are delivered to budget • Track all invoices and contribute to regular budget reviews for allocated stream. Skills required: • Good interpersonal skills in order to deal with business people, senior faculty and students • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • IT literate and competent in the use of databases • Ideally degree educated • Experience within a programme management /project management role
