Our client is a fast growing successful Project and Cost Management consultancy with a diverse range of clients in the building and construction industry. To support the growth of the business they are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and organised Administrator to support the staff with a varied work load.


The primary focus for the role will be to provide administrative support to a growing team of professional staff, both project managers and quantity surveyors and also assist with the company’s marketing efforts.
  • Providing administrative support to all professional staff within a fast paced office
  • Typing and formatting documents in Word that would include: agendas; minutes; letters; project specific documents; CVs, RFIs, PQQ;
  • Formatting and producing high quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Formatting and producing high quality documents using In-Design
  • Tracking project information in Excel and other bespoke systems
  • Maintaining databases and calendars, and updating systems (including filing systems)
  • Co-ordinating and making travel arrangements
  • Photocopying / Collating / Binding / Scanning documentation
  • Room and catering bookings for meetings
  • Providing support and cover for reception; answering telephones,
  • Assisting with marketing events and other ad hoc tasks
  • Other general administrative duties as required


All candidates applying must have excellent skills and be proficient in all Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Candidates must also demonstrate experience of using In-design software. A minimum of one year work experience gained in an office environment will be required.
