THE COMPANY:

We are looking for a Property Administrator for one of our Investment firms based in the City. The role will be supporting a team of 10 with hands on varied admin support. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail, take pride in their work and have a flexible working approach.  

 
THE ROLE:

Summary

Provide high quality administrative support to the Property and Real Estate Lending teams to ensure a professional service which meets regulatory, audit and TCF requirements and the correct financial information is available on request.

Duties include but are not limited too:
 

Process Manager for all new business transactions including monitoring due diligence process, attending legal completion meetings and ensuring Horizon is updated in a timely manner.



Manage execution process of legal documentation ensuring all supporting paperwork has been authorised, checklists completed and execution register up to date.



Responsible for sourcing and researching statistical data and information from different sources including SWAP and Gilt rate movements (external and internal) ensuring accuracy and within deadline.  Collating information in a report to be presented at weekly Real Estate Lending meetings.



Schedule and maintain title deeds register for all investment properties.



Maintain document files (to comprise all legal documents) for all properties and loans for both internal and external use.



Support Reporting Team eg. compile data into PowerPoint slides for CLCC, enter risk ratings into Horizon, keep up to date records of spreadsheets, manage documents for audit purposes.



 

THE PERSON:

 

  • Secretarial background preferable
  • Typing speed 60 wpm
  • Experience in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
  • Ability to work to tight timescales
  • Prioritise workload
  • Flexible working
  • 3 yrs property experience preferable
  • Good interpersonal skills
