French Speaking Senior Executive Assistant, West End. £50-80k

A highly regarded and professional company investment company, based in the colourful West End, is looking for a dedicated individual Executive Assistant to come on board. Specifically they're requiring someone who is fluent in French (both written and spoken), due to the Chairman's personal background and the liaising with individuals overseas contacts, especially in France.

Primarily supporting the Chairman, the role will involve extensive diary management and the coordination of meetings and calls over several time zones. Therefore, as you can imagine, the environment will be incredibly fast paced, highly demanding and offer an incredible level of responsibility. As a result, never will you be bored, you will constantly be able to challenge yourself and you will have the chance to advance your skill set.

Supporting the Chairman will require the need to build strong relationships with various high-profile global clients, whilst handling a large amount of personal diary management and administration for him, and his family members. Such administration will include personal banking, handling property and medical matters, travel itineraries, liaising with household staff and managing necessary emails and post. Therefore, the ability to multi-tasks and manage your time effectively will be key in handling this exciting opportunity. Furthermore, acting as a first point of contact for the Chairman, as well as having the ability to handle confidential information can help you prove yourself as a trusting and professional individual. You will be working in partnership with on other PA so there is the possibility to offer and receive support when necessary.

This boutique family wealth office specialises in personal investment with a large number of prestigious clients. So more widely, you will be dealing with receptionist duties, negotiating contracts, processing invoices and expense claims and managing the accounts department, which will include a yearly report to their France head office. Very exciting to know your influence will stretch to international waters!

The experience and corporate knowledge you will gain in this role will be enormous, allowing you to advance you skill set and become exposed to specialised business functions.

Basic salary will depend on experience and previous salary.

25 days holidays, plus a generous bonus!

Skills/Experience Required;

  • Fluent in French (Written and spoken)
  • Recent, demonstrable experience in a full, pro-active administrative support role, with particular understanding of needs at a senior level.
  • Ability to handle matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent organisational and communicational skills.
  • Manage your time efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Stress resistant.
  • MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel & Outlook)
